Welcome Sean Morrissey, our new Communications and Outreach Manager
Sean joins us from SunCommon, where he served as a residential project manager. With deep roots in Vermont, agriculture, and food service he joins our team excited to tell the story of Salvation Farms and the important and impactful work of our community.
With a BA in English from St. Lawrence University, Sean loves to focus on the fine details and building blocks that build a great story. And it was at St. Lawrence that Sean first began working with food waste to feed neighbors and fill critical gaps in the food system. With a multitude of skills, from video production to graphic design, expect to see Sean’s influence on how we communicate all of the new and exciting things we’re cooking up at Salvation Farms.
Sean’s hope is to capture all the good work that’s already happening and to continue to share that work with our community in a variety of new mediums and our tried and true channels. When not working, Sean likes to hike, read, paint and sail on Lake Champlain.
Join us in welcoming Sean to the Salvation Farms team!
