· Collaborative decision making addressing the long term direction and character of a gleaning group
· Generating annual calendar of activities and assessing achievement of the SFGN mission and goals
· Observe and question use of resources, local networking, as well as promotional and education efforts
· Offer support and feedback for Field Coordinator (FC) and the Program Director of Agricultural Resources (PD/AR) at the Vermont Foodbank
