We are renting a beautiful two-story wooden building!

Wow - this space is great.

We have a very peaceful and secluded location with great landlords. Salvation Farms is pleased with its new home; we are still settling in. We have visions for a 2007 education, demonstration, and donation garden plot(s), have created a wall map of our 2007 year plan, and look forward to many potlucks with our steering committee, farmers, donation site workers, and volunteers in this very cozy office, storage, and education building.

This winter should offer a lot of time for organizing in both the new filing cabinet and computer donated to us by our supporters Tom & Gloria Abbiati of Plainfield. After a very successful season of gleaning, a major move, and new office volunteers, organization is top priority as we look at the winter months ahead. We will be working on establishing a sign for the end of the drive to help people find us more easily. If you are in the area, keep us in mind as spring and summer come; we want garden visitors!
